Don't forget to bring hangers and some wall putty to stick things on the wall with. Also for the girls, nail polish remover, it is an oversight...And extra contacts.

printer

i didnt need a printer 4th term. i guess my path group didnt type up the answers to slides. instead we just lectured to each other on the slides and we took notes. this is something i would advice others to do. i felt i got a lot more that way and wrote less as opposed to having every single slide worked out. you get the handouts from lab so you dont really need to print them out. also, there is no point in printing out the slides unless u do so in color and even so i think it would be useless to waste so much paper... just look at the slides on your computer.

cpc there is only about four of them so i don't think it is a big deal.

One day there wasn't a printer working in the library- my cpc was due in an hour and I had to go to the clinic and beg (well ask nicely) if I could use their printer! There were many a time that I was wishing for a printer of my own!!!

weight limit

you won't need to recheck your bags if you fly american and american eagle. however, if you fly american and then liat or caribbean start you would. the weight limit for AA keeps changing... it goes back and forth between 70 lbs and 50 lbs. check the AA website before you travel. even if the weight limit is 70 lbs for american that will not be allowed on liat and you'll have to pay for extra weight. however, i think it is well worth it. last semester when flying to st vincent with AA and then liat, i had to pay 40 USD for TWO 70 lbs bags so that would be much cheapter than shipping stuff.

also, be very careful with liat. they change flight times and dont tell you lol. oh God, do i love the caribbean or what lol. that happened to me and i had to get a whole new ticket with a different time and silly me forgot to book a round trip ticket so when i got to barbados they made me purchase a return ticket in order to be allowed to enter st vincent.

but the weight limit for a. eagle, liat, bwia should be all the same.
70 total checked and 40 carry on

irons

bring one if you are going to use it. it'll be a lot more expensive there and less quality.

if you use contacts bring contact solution. it is expensive in grenada.

also, i think a memory stick is invaluable esp if you find people willing to share tests questions, etc. it is a very easy way to transfer into.

rice cooker

i think a rice cooker would be of great help because you can set it and forget it. and that gives you more time to cook something else and not waste time. i personally didnt not only because i'm stubborn but because i like to cook rice from scratch...hehehe.
