Can someone tell if there is Ferry service from grenada to St. Vincent. if there is, how much does a one-way ticket cost, and how long does the trip take?
Also does anyone know when we can move in to the Dorms in December?
thanks

There isnt a ferry per say. Last semester a number of students went on the ferry that the school organized to help bring their stuff over post Ivan but this semester there wasnt a ferry but an Amerijet plane.
I had a few friends that did the 'ferry" thing and it ended up taking about 17 hours, since it took cutoms a bit longer to release the boat.
My opinion is to just fly. Send your stuff with the school Amerijet flight at the end of fourth term and then jsut fly to Vinnies. Its only a 20 minute flight which at most will cost you 100 bucks round trip.
I took a ship from Grenada and it was a great experience. It was not fast. Plan on one day on a boat. But you can bring all the stuff you want to. My family and I enjoyed the experience. cost: 75 ec per person, children free. pm me for more info.
