whether or not one agrees with Dr B, I think its important to say that he does bring a unique perspective as having gone to two schools, and he always posts honestly and with in terms of use. Please trust other users to be able to sort through things as they look at a body of posts, either on a topic or by a user. And always stay within tos in kind. (and no, im not implying there was a violation here).

I for one usually enjoy Dr B's posts

But to get back on topic, I think that the OP was trying to get out there that even though his daughter had a bad time and hated it while she was here, now looking back on it she can see that she was well prepared and educated, and now looks back on her time here as well worth the trials and tribulations.

When I see post/letters like this by the OP I sometimes wonder why the parents are writing instead of the students. Could it be that the child was pushed into this career field by the parents or is this what the kid really wants? That could have played a big role in adjusting to a different environment like Grenada. I'm not saying this is the case with Dad and his daughter. Just a thought...
