Is there a local vitamin store. I take a group of vitamins everyday plus whey protien powder and some organic stuff like seaweed and wheatgrass stuff.

There is seaweed that you can pick up fresh from the sea. There is also weed of some other kind widely available.

I noticed in the grocery store they have some kinds of muscle protein powder things. But I remember from earlier discussions that if you're particluar about your brand you might want to bring some down jik.
