    Question about the rain???

    hey,
i'm coming down as a first termer and, as per a previous post, am a bit confused about the rainy season?

are there 2 rainy seasons in greanada?
what months are these (eg april-june and oct-dec)??

also, u guys seem to say the rain can be very very heavy (yet sporadic)

is something like one of these good enough:

    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/cus...6592&s=apparel

or would i need to go all the way with something like this:

    http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...=UTF8&v=glance

sorry for the qu. that looks like im asking fashion advice, but atleast u guys will benefit from my research on where to get good and cheap raincoats - be warned though- if i see you wearing one of these on campus, i might bill you for royalties!!!

there is a dry season and a wet season. dry season is probabaly from dec-april and the wet from may-nov its a rough estimate.

u can bring whatever u want but noone really wears any poncho...just carry an umbrella. by the time u put on the poncho...u be soaking wet already. unless u wanna walk around 24-7 in a poncho...
