eh, im not worried, im pretty confident my spectacular array of dazzling dishes will beat a plate of cold, soggy samosas any day.

but on to more important matters(in the who? thread, isn't that funny?) i have to congratulate some of you soon to be first termers or hopefully soon to be first termers. even though we dont have restlesseye and a few other post 5/6 termers, we have been adding to this thread at a considerable pace! go SGU!

I was over looking at the competition's thread and to my shame posted. But what I did find out was they post a lot of nonsense. The quality of our posts is actually better, which should have some bearing on our post count in a more fair world.

However, since the world is unfair we have to post any and everything. They're scared over there and know we're closing in.

BTW if anyone is into girly music, I just got the new Rob Thomas and Gavin Degraw CD's (amoung others as I'm trying to stockpile music for my time in Grenada) and they are really good. I am very addicted to the Rob Thomas one.

instead of bringing all your cds down here...why not rip em onto your computer in mp3 format...

saves space...and the hassle of carrying around cd's all the time. I normally study with my headphones on and winamp cranking out some tunes anyway....

I got the new Rob Thomas too...not too shabby, but basically sounds a lot like Gavin.....

surprisingly...im able to keep up to date on new music from back home thanks to the internet and streaming radio from back home.

even though they don't play much music...

Streaming internet radio is still better than the 80's stuff they play on the radio here...

Yeah i put all my music on iTunes and am bring my ipod down so will have no hard copies. But I bought some new stuff from BMG and am getting a whole bunch from my library to put on the comp. The library is actually a good resource to get free cds to put on itunes. I just went online and put a lot of new ones (did a search of 2004/2005 cds) on hold. Support your local library Mine is nice cuz theres no overdue fees.

Duh, I didn't think of internet radio that will be nice.
