but the thing of it is, it hasn't even been THAT bad yet. i mean, it's been bad, but the schedule the next 2/3rds of this term looks BAD. this was supposedly the easy stuff. so.....well, suffice it to say you'll hear more complaining from me....

sit there and memorize word for word in that companion dude. leave chung for midterms! i never used chung to be honest with you and i did just fine...i did some questions from McDaddy CD (do u have it?) use netter along with your notes. helps to rmember/understand things better. (well atleast it did for me) . and if u think u need extra material to clarify something, read baby moore on that topic. . memorize , memorize, memorize..! GOOD LUCK dude....u'll be fine....

p.s dont' ignore embryo ... embryo is worth more percentage wise on the unified. u screw up unified, u have to make sure to get As on both midterm and final if u want A for the class....

and dont be an idiot like me and make mistake bubbling in! my 100 turned into a freaking 60! bad unified memories!

Oooohhhh. bubbling in!!!!aaakkk. The night before my board exam I had this nightmare that I showed up to the test naked (which was apparently OK since everyone else was naked too-something to do with cheating apparently) but then I was attacked by dyslexia and bubbled in every single answer wrong-so I got a 0. I actually dreamed that the vet med examining board contacted me because they had never had someone sit the exam and do so spectacularly horrible on it. I woke up in a cold sweat at 3am and went back to the books...and I got like a 192 out of 200 or something rediculously good like that. only needed a 73% to pass he he he.

hmmm....studying neuro....

jebus, i really dont know what to tell you. I had an amazing study group, that definitely helped me terms 1 and 2, and if you dont have one start one NOW, because that helps SO much, at least for me. Talking things out helped me understand them. A few times, i explained neuro and physio to my wall. Or my nalgene bottle. or pictures of my parents. Just anything to get me talking. But most of the time it was my spectacular study group. We went through each objective at the beginning of the packet, one by one, explaining everything they asked for.

As for MRIs and whatnot...well, they will throw in a picture or two into the actual exam, so that's where it gets a bit tricky. I wouldnt spent much time on it, because proportionally, there is a lot less of lab stuff than there is lecture stuff, and some of the lab stuff i just remembered from lab. I would say look it over, but dont go nuts studying it.

Then again, that's just my opinion, and maybe you shouldnt listen to me!!!!

Oh, and you are the one who went to thailand over the summer, right? didnt we have this conversation that we knew each other from my DES Anatomy already? hehehe....if you are who i think you are, J and i thank you. You guys were some of the first to come to my DES when it started, and you came every week after that!!! It made us happy that apparently we were doing SOMETHING right...
