Oh, it's supposed to be for every new student in the pre-professional programs (they didn't transfer my tech classes so I have to finish up pre vet here argh.) but they don't make everyone take it, just the people that have a certain advisor or two.

We do other things besides table manners like...how to act professionaly...how to find a book in the library....

It's really quite aggravating to say the least. I think that since I managed to take 27 credits in one term and get all A's but one B+ in vet tech school and then I took my boards early and have been licensed for a while I might know how to act professional...but I guess not...

Oh well. If this is what it takes to be Orthonut, DVM then I guess it's worth it...*sigh*

Thanks for the complement Guru. The way I see it, it can always get worse...as in another one of JP's famous quotes "It could be worse...it could be SNOWING" (as we're at the end of a 20 hour day, kneeling in the mud, doing a cow c-section at 315AM out in the corral by headlamp, being eaten alive by mosquitos. But hey, mom and calf lived...and Dr and students went home and soaked in calamine lotion for a week)
