I'm sitting in an MBA class that's talking about assessing the value of bonds. Some of my MBA classes actually do provide information that I'll use one day, especially if I open my own practice. But I don't think I'll ever have to calculate the price of a 30 year bond with a $100 semi-annual coupon and a 6% interest rate.
