Good luck restlesseye! Do lots and lots and lots of questions and read first aid 2-3 times in the last 1-2 weeks before the exam!

Good luck... :-) And unfortunately, I don't think we get a break for the next 7-11 years of our lives...

that's the downside of finishing term 5/6 in may, i guess...you have to take the boards soon after. i have to say, that kinda sucks! will we have enough time? people who finish term 5/6 in december have tons of time...isn't that an advantage? wouldn't one WANT to have that extra time? oh well...i guess there's no rest for the weary and what have you...

good luck restlesseye!

jan or aug

Extra time to study for the boards is always a plus. also you get more time for step 2 than the august class and if you do rotations back to back you can be done in like Feb of the year you graduate giving you one last huge vacation before residency.

residency

Residency starts July 1st in most places. But hospitals usually have orientation and ACLS and BCLS training 1-2 weeks prior to that. So some places orientations starts as early as June 13.

NO!! we can't let it die! those guys over in AUC have....however many pages and we havent beaten them yet!

come on people, we are in medical school, we have to have at least a tiny bit of competitive spirit....show your spirit by typing random gossip and whatnot on this thread!

i.e.:

i heard the embryo professor is going to change all the grades to give everyone A's because he won the Nobel Peace Prize.

anyone care to confirm or refute?
