Sign outs, tumor boards, reminding attendings which autopsy I'm talking about. So far surgical pathology and hematopathology are the big ones.

That one's actually one of my pet peeves when it pops up in autopsies. Which ones aren't unfortunate? "Patient was a 67 year old male. Fortunately, he was a racist jerk, so win win."

What I find really funny is that I would probably use it on ppl that thought it was a compliment, which then proves they are to the left of the bell curve.
