it's a good idea-even if you're human med-because there IS human rabies in GND and in the US. It's very very common in asia and africa and some parts of S america-so if you're thinking you might want to do drs w/o borders some day you might as well get vaccd now then all you have to do later is titers/boosters when necc. MUCH MUCH MUCH better than post-exp treatment or death.
