    Chadwell

Dr Chadwell's questions are all recycled, I saw them all while studying I figured most others did too.

Dr Williams was like jeckyl/hyde: he gives us a few no brainers from his review session and then once he has you believing he's the good guy, he just kicks ya in the pudendal region.

and Dr Hansford.... well, he was Dr Hansford.

How soon after exams do you find out about decelling or not?

Well some people in my class went straight up to Dr. Rao's office after the Anatomy midterm.... But in general, it's the domain of the Academic Progress Committee that meets for 3-4 days after the last exam is given, so you should know by then.

    Not a problem

Believe me, they will not turn you down for decelerating. That means you shell out for an additional semester. Theyll take it.

You don't pay again for a semester if you decide to decel (since you already paid the first time around). The extra cost associated with decelling is the extra six months of room/board/registration/travel expenses.

    marks

    Just curious about something...

When you guys finish exams, and leave the island a few days later, how do you find out your marks? Are they posted online, or do you find out when you come back for the next semester?

    Thanks,

Some depts put up the answer key right after the exam's done so you can see exactly how many points you got (barring a curve, which can only make things better ); ones that don't show the key in the exam hall allow you to leave with your answer sheet & post the key on a wall. Either way, you know within afew hours of the end of exam how your points add up.

Notable exception last term was Gross because Dr J refused to post the key until ALL the loaner skulls were returned to the lab.

AND they also post the final grades/points including any bonus/challenges/curves, at the latest, by the last exam day. The very last exam dept has till noon the next day to post the final grades, mostly happening through Angel (the school's online grades etc. resource) now.
