PLEASE BE PROACTIVE: NEED NEW THREAD

I encourage all student's that have opted to return home from campus to please be proactive in supporting the nation of Grenada and SGU. Please use your churches and any other means of charity to network resoures to your peers and native neighbors in Grendada. Ideally, it would be nice to be able to create a thread for information, such as addresses in Grenada and contacts in Grenada for which to send food, water and the various other items that would be of use to a nation and University in dire need.

When you students that have been in Grenada return to your homes, you may be apporached my journalists who want to recover your account of life on the Island. I encourage you to not paint false images of a nation that is entangled in violence and chaos, put to instill the necesity for relief efforts/resources. USE THE MEDIA TO NETOWRK RESOURCES!.

I do have contact with a Grenadian that is a close friend to the prime minister of Grenada. In the near future I hope to be able to post addresses and numbers for all who are interested in sending relief efforts to Grendada.

I am confident, that through the grace of God, our university and our island home will prevail in a beautiful future. We must remain strong, we must remain active, and we must be confident in restoring an opportunity that is so wonderful.
