term 2 is going to start in a month. I probably can guess I should not pre study before, but is there anything I should look over to get familiar with for term 2? Thanks

If you have some files from parasit then start memorizing.

To be honest I would have had agreed with the posts above. However, since you have the same schedule that we did last semester I would suggest going over Immuno or Genetics.
The first two weeks are devoted to only Parasit and CPM. (First two weeks are pretty easy.) After that you are taught Physio, Neuro, Immuno and Genetics together. You will have 4 exams in a week, Genetics and Immuno being on the same day with an hour break in the middle.
The students in my term struggled with two exams on the same day. The averages for both subjects were low as well compared to other semesters. (By low I mean almost 10% Immuno midterm was 91-92% in Fall2011 and it was 82% for us.)
I would suggest you study Immuno or Genetics over the break.

Get the PPT file for parasite and memorize that mother!
Although back in my day parasite and genetics were in the first 2 weeks of term with nothing else, so memorizing it beforehand now wouldn't give you much of an advantage over studying other subjects.
6118 points Genetics would be a difficult one to prestudy for if they still switch instructors frequently. Focus could shift and there's so many advances that you don't want to study the wrong stuff.
Parasit, as mentioned, is good if you're dead set on studying, and if you're a freakazoid like me, is one of the more enjoyable if revolting topics.
