Thread: Getting accepted in the Fall 2012 term

I'm applying to fall 2012 term, but wondering if I will have complications because of timing. I am a competitive applicant GPA wise with a 3.44, but currently in a Kaplan MCAT course registered to take the MCAT april 28th. Applications are due by June 15th, and mine will be in at the end of may. Will I even have a chance of admission time wise? When i speak to admissions people they say I should have no problem with time, as long as I score well on the MCAT. I feel like they are just saying that though.
Anyone who knows when the the classes normally fill up, has been accepted close to the beginning of a term in the past, anything I can do to make my chances greater, or anything valuable at all, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Absolutely highly unlikely that even if you are accepted it would be for the fall semester. They will probably defer your application to the spring semester of 2013.. I interviewed sometime in may. Might have been early June even, don't remember.. Heard back mid-June.. Wait list. Your experience may vary, of course..
