Thread: premed program

hey everybody...i was just wondering how competitive it is to transfer into the third year of the premed program at St. georges.......thanks in advance

I think the issue of premed at St. George's has been discussed at length on many occasions.
In brief, the culmination of the discussion is that it's not worth it to do the premed program at SGU or even transfer into it (esp coming from the US/UK system)
Why not do your premed in the US or UK and give the med programs in the US/UK your best shot?.....don't deny yourself that opportunity. Plus, do your undergrad at a better recognized/ more accredited institution.

Not to mention its a hell of alot cheaper at a state school then at SGU. Believe me you will be in enough devt from med school. Not that you cant pay it off but its a way for you to save some money.
