My question is when one finishes the 5th term in December and starts preparation for the USMLE which spans from Jan-March/April, what the source of finance( for feeding, housing,..) do we have to rely on? Do we have to rely on the refund from the 5th term in early August? Please someone address this concern. Thank you,

really? So you dont get financial aid?

The interest rate depends in your and your cosigner credit. You do not get financial aid through the school for breaks. So you finish in December and dont start rotations until June, you will have to fund those months yourself or try to put back some from your govt loans to fund it.

The interest rate on private loans is usually variable. Like Crispy said, the interest rate depends on your credit and if you're applying with a creditworthy co-signer.
