These are my suggestions and what I have used this term:
Pharm: I have used Lippincott, but really just need the lecture notes
    Pathophys:
Lange Pathophys = I have used it some (more for the first exam than the 2nd)
Pathophysiology for the Boards & Wards = love this book and definitely recommend it
BRS physiology = just to review some of the normal physio
Merck manual = you can use it online or buy the book
    Rapid Review of Pathology
    BSFCR: First Aid

I have the Kaplan home study set of books. It is a set of 4 books: first 2 are subject based & the last 2 are system based. I found these helpful for both pathophys & BSFCR. Also I have been watching the kaplan videos off & on for some things.

I would recommend Lippincott's for Pharm, it adds a few pieces that a re missing from the lecture notes. I would not bother with the Lange book. It actually is not quite useful for the way they are teaching Pathophys and what they expect to cover. Only the Cardio section was decent but eveything else has been pretty thin and lacking.

The boards and ward is an excellent book and cheap too. First Aid is a must for the BFSCR.

    Good luck

i have found that lippincott for Pharm sucks. So far, it is tied in the race for suckiest textbook, alongside the Neuroscience textbook. Alot of people say to get the Katzung book. Don't get lippincott.
Merck is a great book. For $70, it pretty much everything you need to know
    Lange is a must

you can get the Merck Manual for ~$50 on Amazon last I checked a few weeks ago. Or you can use it for free, online, as someone above posted.
I finally have my long white coat, and it is stinky...
