i have my card from last year... i renewed my insurance with them, do i use the same card? i dont remember if they gave us a new card for this year. i hurt my hand so here i am typing w 1 hand

Oh, I'd like to know that too, because I need proof of insurance in Prague.

well now that i graduated from sgu, i can tell you that for the past 2 yrs i never had health insurance. they never checked it/ verified it. just make sth up!

well, I think there's a good chance that now they will verify it...
