In terms of getting service? Well, the health clinic on campus is free for students, faculty, staff...so really, you dont need to pay for anything there.
In terms of needing to visit the hospital or be flown home etc - if you have you're own health insurance and it provides coverage outside of the U.S., then I believe they will provide you care and charge the health insurance.
If you have the schools health insurance, you have to pay upfront the cost of the healthcare visit and then the insurance company (which is United Healthcare) will reimburse you.
