there are lots. one did fellowship at brigham and she's an attending there now. She was a year behind me. There are lots of fellows. its a bit easier than residency usually though obviously some are highly competitive.

actually med school DOES factor into fellowships (if you look over on the nrmp site for the stats on specialty matches, they lists stats for US grads and IMGs). But like anything, i would think that what you did last plays a bigger role- great evals, ABIM scores, LoRs will probably have a greater impact.

i thin steph means that sgu and any med schools doesnt have any data of its grads about fellowsips
