MS word spellcheck vs medical terms
If you like typing up your objectives in MS Word (or Open Office), but hate how you can't use the built-in spell check dictionary, try DLing this "all.dic" file from this site. It's free and relatively easy to install. Even seems to work with ieSpell.
rianjs.net » MeDic Also, Stedman's comes with a CD that will not only install the Stedman's dictionary on your computer, but also give you a button on the MS Word toolbar (won't spellcheck though). After installing, you can click on a word you don't know/remember or can't pronounce, and it will look it up for you. Came in handy with leptomeninges today; freak'n layers. gnight and gl
