I had talked to the counseling office and they told me the same thing that Jaywalk says... that they won't review it until after the MCAT score comes in.
However, it doesn't seem like a bad idea to get the rest of the materials in before then... just so you don't have to worry about any delays afterwards... especially as the closer you get to the June deadline, the greater chance that all seats would be filled. Last year when I was applying to med school, I found out that one set of transcripts I had sent out from my university never reached AMCAS... it apparently got lost in the mail somewhere. The mailing address was correct, so I don't know how this could possibly happen, but it did. However, I didn't find this out until a whole month later, which seriously set me late in the application process (as I was late to begin with). I wasn't just mad about having lost the original $6 fee (and paying an extra $15 or so for having it sent expedited the second time around), but far more upset about being held back in the process... so don't take chances. Better early than sorry.
