If I would want to apply for the Fall 2008 I would do it as soon as possible. It is not late yet, but it is getting more and more competitive each year. If you do not have a strong statistics, you should not delay with application.
Take an MCAT as soon as possible. In a meantime submit your application and let them know that you are taking MCAT on certain date. Study for MCAT (it took me a month and a half to get "ok for the Caribbean med school score"). Last year I applied in April for the Fall 2007, but did not have an interview until August. At that time an August class was already filled and I believe only strong applicants with outstanding statistics were still accepted. I was offered an admission for the Spring 08 and that is where I am now. And I love it here! Good luck! |
