thanks for the encouragement
Thanks a lot for the encouragement guys, I was really worried about whether or not to pursue that course of study. I will decide over the course of the next semester whether or not to switch my major to IS, or keep the computer science and take the prerequisites. Always gotta have a backup plan right.

Hey guys im a Junior who is applying to medical schools in the summer.
My gpa is pretty low, 3.2 and my science is around a 3.0, im still waiting on the rest of this semester to come through. My question is with mcat of 27 and my gpa, "what are my chances"? and also i have a rack of ec's, research/RA/TA/Scribe at hospital (over 200hrs) / and like the usual president of stuff, with a scholars citation from University of Maryland College Park i have 120 credits as a jr, and will probably marticulate with about 150, and i am a finance major who has taken a rack of bio classes (biochem/mamphys etc) |

Thanks in advance for any advice you have to offer!
I am planning to apply for this coming January cycle and was wondering about when to submit my application. I just took the MCAT and will not have my scores until June 10th. Should I submit the application before receiving my scores? or wait until June? Will it make a difference if I submit earlier? I am really hoping to begin in January and will do anything to better my chances. Any advice? Thanks again! |

I would submit your application now, especially if you have a competitive gpa. Just send in your results when you get them.

Definitely send your app in soon to establish your file. It will speed everything up and once your scores come in they'll move forward with the review.
Good luck!
