I am very interested in attending St. George.
I do not have a B.S. degree but have 206 units of college units.
I have earned Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and a licensed pharmacist in the state of michigan.
    My stats are as follows:
    Pre-requisite GPA: 3.25
    Pharmacy GPA: 3.03
    Math/Science GPA: 3.25
Been in Active Duty for a few years and served as the Assistant chief, Department of pharmacy for a Military facility.
I have not taken the MCAT due duty but will do so ASAP once back in the States. Officer in Charge for Inpatient pharmacy for 2 years and Served as the Recorder and Coordinator of Medication Use Evaluation Committee for the Hospital.
Well, that is some of my stats and info.
Anyone willing to comment on my chances of admission at SGU is welcomed (Positive or Negative)
    Thanks,

    just my thoght

i think you're chances are good for sgu and ross...with the mcat scores, the picture should become more clearer. just work hard at those. there are students at sgu who had similar gpas, some even worse, but they've had great experiences that balance out their academics. so, i think you've got a good chance. the school is always looking for diversity...and i personally think you'd have a lot to offer. also, if you'd like you can contact bayshore for sgu med, talk to a counselor, and get their advice.

    good luck,
    binnie

    yes physics is required.
i am not sure how strict they are, but i will have to guess it will be a lot stricter now since the volume of applications SGU received has gone up significantly the past few terms.

    physics

It is required, but not before you apply. I was accepted before I completed my physics class, as long as I got a c. SO you can apply without it

Post "What are My Chances?" Here Only

I know many come here when they start to think about attending a Caribbean Medical School or are nervously waiting to hear from the admission committee.

Please post here so other prospectives have a place to start and those accepted, current students and graduates that would like to chime in, can give you some advice.

Remember, generally no one here is on the adcom, so take any advice given here with a healthy grain of salt.

here is some info to start you out...

try top medical school....evidently there was a spam back in the day that caused that phrase to be auto censored.

not to be flip, but aim to get the best score you can possibly get...mid 20s is the average, the closer you are to the avg, the better off you will be...but aim for the 30-even if you don't get it, you won't be that far off.
