Thanks everyone! I guess there is no real timeline...it probably depends on who your admissions advisor is and how efficient he/she is at handling the application. The interviewee told me I'll hear back anywhere from 3-5 weeks....so I guess I can't really complain yet and will just have to be patient.
For those who heard back much quicker...good for you! and congrats!!

Anyway, assuming I have a good interview, what do you guys think the chances of getting in are with these #s...

3.21 GPA 32 MCAT

I have an interview with Ross in a few weeks but I really don't want to go there. I'd MUCH rather go to SGU...
I got in with a 3.1gpa and 32 mcat. I had lots of ECs and great LORs.

hahah how do people know how good their lor's are? isn't it suggested (and don't people always) keep it confidential between the person writing it and the schools they're being sent to?

that's the theory. But 2 of my letter writers (as they call it) "waived my waver to see the letter" so I knew 2 were really good....imo

hhmm...I have seen a couple of my rec letters too and I think they were good. Now I don't know how they were in comparison to what others have...

Oh, and I have my interview and my interviewer said that adcom meets every 2 weeks and I should here something back right around that time.

I've never seen any of the LORs that I sent to SGU with my application. At the end of the interview my interviewer freaked me out by asking if I'd seen any of my LORs or knew what they said. I said no, and he told me he thought my LORs were outstanding and probably the strongest part of my application (those and my MCAT scores). ::shrugs:: We'll see what the Admissions Committee thinks when I finally hear my decision, since they may or may not agree with my interviewer.

So Argazul may have been told by people who had read through his application that his LORs were great even if he himself has never read them...

Usually the letter writers tell you themselves that they're going to write a good letter, or that they wrote a good letter.
