so i am so frustrated!! I was offered an interview and it states that they will proceed with the interview but then not review my file until my new MCAT scores are in. Well for some reason my interviewer must not have seen this - because she literally told me I would have no problem and I should be expecting to get an acceptance letter soon. I kid you not - she made this comment multiple times. This obviously made me think I was practically in bc of the connections she had mentioned, and that she told me i would be. So I call my admissions counslor and they are still going to be waiting on my scores, which I wont be able to get until June because the April Mcat spots were full - and isnt June the most competitive time?!?! I know it said that they would be waiting for my results - but I figured it didnt matter because this woman who seemed so connected and said i 'would have no problem'

I'm a university of western ontario undergrad and I'll be joining the SGU August meds class this year!

Where you at dr600? I'm going into the Foundation program in Aug so I'll be on the island with you. I'm in san diego (encinitas, really). At least we won't have to buy any new clothes! Warm weather year 'round will be easy. Not as big a change as the guy from ontario!

hi teacherdoc. CONGRATS! IF you don't mind me asking, what are your stats and what was the timeframe between interview and decision? I interviewed on 2/26 and notified on 3/4 that they will let me know in 6-8 weeks! Also, in the interview invite letter it said that i may be considered for FOM as well. So, as you can imagine i am so anxiously waiting. I was also so happy to see someone else in the FOM program to ask! thanks a lot.
