Hey y'all, has anyone had an interview in NYC?

yeah I interviewed in brooklyn 10/21/07 for the jan 08 semester. i was accepted. they dont have any seats though so I had the option of going to GSP or being waitlisted for GND. I think I am going to go with the waitlist with hopes of starting in the august 08 class. i have until 11/19/07 to decide.

I had my interview on 11/19 and I was just told today that they got my interview summary from my interview...so I'm guessing it will be a little while before I hear anything :-)

Whats going on guys. I had my interview in Albany, NY on 11/11. It wasn't that hard of an interview, just stuff you should already know about the medical field (e.g. current issues in this country). I received a call on 11/28 telling me I have been accepted for Aug 2008. So I'm assuming they just started looking at Aug 2008 apps. and were busy reviewing Jan. 2008.

you interviewed in Albany as well? Cool! I would assume that we had the same interviewer....hoping to hear something soon :-)

Had my interview in Toronto on 12/2/2007. The interviewer said the Ad Com's busy with Jan 08, so I should hear back in 4-6 weeks.

Swimchik, I'm sure they're gonna get back to you within the next couple of days since you had your interview around the same time as me.

How long does it usually take after the interview for the school to get back to you to let you know you have been accepted? Or is it a two part processes like some of the other med schools?
