thats pretty decnet, i dont get y not study more for the MCAT and try a US school with a 3.9 grad gpa. But let me ask you, did u choose the GSP or did you want Geranda first. My whole issue is I see pros and cons about going to GSP over Gerneda. The fact that england is more expensive, the loans arent gov't, we are basic genni pigs for this program, the tutoring or any help that we may need isnt there like on the island ie tutors or facluty. The location and the weather. smaller class usally means people are going to be that much more agressive and be those annoyin competers instead of your friend.. no? please give me your input

Hey, I had a 3.3 undergrad and a 29 MCAT and lots of volunteering. I chose the GSP program because I would love to study in the UK! I love to travel and would like the experience.
As for your concerns, this is what I have heard/learned: Newcastle is one of the cheapest cities in the UK, a bunch of people on here have said that it is cheaper than Grenada for a lot of things. The programs are the same, and we will have access to the professors for questions and help, but I don't know about tutors. I figured that one year of private loans would be okay, most of the current GSP students went through Ed Invest and got full funding, and that is where I applied for my loan - no way could I go without loans!!! Hope that helps! |

Oh, and Newcastle has 40,000 students in its population, so its supposed to be a pretty decent city. As for weather, I've lived a lot of my life in the NW, so we always have fog and rain, I'm used to it. Besides, we'll have the Caribbean for a year too. I can't wait to be 3 hrs. from London and 1 1/2 hrs. to Edinburg!
