I requested my transcripts from my schools to be sent to St Georges two weeks before I turned in my application. However, I received a letter from St Georges today noting that they havent received any of my transcripts. Does the admissions office keep transcripts on file only if the person has turned in an application? I figured it would take longer for transcripts to be sent out, so I took care of that a couple of weeks before I turned in the application.

I think you just need to make some phone calls to answer these questions.

Yes, if materials come in before an application, they are held in the office. It may just take a while for them to merge once they are both in the office.
