I don't want to steal the "Aug 2007- Accepted Students" thread's thunder...but I thought I'd make a second thread for students heading over to Newcastle in August for the K.B.T. Global Scholars Program.

Let's see where people are from, perhaps there'll be a few of us from the same region...I'm from Toronto, Canada.

I applied, but have not heard back yet, I do hope I get it tho.

I had my interview 2 weeks ago.

Got accepted last week. I am from New York, but am currently living in Boston.

I will be in the August class as well. I am from Victoria, BC. When was everyone planning on heading out there. Also has anyone received any additional information besides the acceptance package, maybe about housing etc.

I had my interview back in November. I was accepted into the Grenada program the end of December, but then asked to be considered for GSP and wrote the essay beginning of February.

I havent recieved any other info then the acceptance packet, but then again i havent sent in my deposit yet.

Wonder if they have a cap on the international program.. I know last year they had like 50 some people go into ...

I just had my Int. on March 4th... I emailed them today but they said that my application is still being processed.

just looked at my email. i sent in my essay on feb 20th. i got a call saying i was accepted on March 9th. im sure it will be a few weeks before you hear anything, best of luck.

i've heard the class size will be about 150 max.

i'm thinking of heading out around the 8-10th depending on how cheap flights are around that time. i haven't sent in my deposit yet, still thinking about it a little, but i probably will send it in towards the middle-end of this week.

When is the class start date?
