    Pharm curve?

Rumor has it there has always been a pretty generous curve in the Pharmacology class. It doesn't surprise me, as I believe this term is run absolutely terribly, but thats a whole different topic, lol. Anyway, I was just wondering if there was a ballpark average of a curve that I can expect to see this term. I know every term is different, but usually the results are in the same general range, and I'd love to know what has been a "passing" grade averge on exams in the past. Any help so I can know what to expect would be appreciated

basically its 10 points lower (give or take a couple of points), so and A is usually around 80, a B around 70, a C around 60. (same goes for pathophys)

I think the 10 points from the group gets added to your total grade at the end I don't think that those 10 points were added onto your exam grade. Like if it was out of 200 for total points for pharm, you could have an 80 one exam, an 80 another exam and then 10 points so your grade would be 170/200 or something like that! Anyone else know better?

no, actually the 10 pts is NOT BONUS!!! Its a common misconception, so for example Pharm is 80pts X 3 exam +10pts for pharm groups = 250 is the denominator for your grade , NOT 240!!
and yes, that is including the pharm group points (or COW points for pathophys).

The most annoying part is there's 1)pathophys up untill the exam, 2)big pharm exam friday, 3)a weekend to cram for path, 4)big path test on monday, 5)class/pharm groups (i dont know what we're going to talk about)/hospital visits/clinical skills small groups throughout the week. ***

I think it was 82 for our class for an A in pharm and like 78 for pathophys. Yeah Vinnie's tests suck but at least the curve is generous.
