Hi, i did tons oresearch on this topic and i didnt find any help. im in grenada and i was wondering what would be the cheapest way for someone using a CELL PHONE in ethe US to call me here. the calling cards that i saw charge 25 cents a minute. if anyone knows away to use cellphone calling from the states to here please help me.( i have a skype in # but to be honest the calling quality has been low mostly thats why i want to receive calls on my cell phones)

I have been using a Sprint international prepaid phone card (can be bought at CVS) it costs 16 cents a minute to call the islands, pluss whenever you add time at CVS, you gewt a 10% bonus, effectively making it 14.4 cents a minute. Font know whether your cell phone company will charge you a fee for using the card.

if you have verizon wireless, there is a plan that you can call internationally for a minimal price, but they do charge you about $5/month for the plan to be added on , which is still very cheap.

i think u can look that up on the VZW website. that have a page for how much they charge. if i find it, i will post a link for u

actually its more expensive at 0.35/min

International Services

u're either going to have to spend more money and get a faster internet connection so that you can use skype or spend more money by calling from a calling card. the choice is yours. why don't you call while u're on campus??

or just use AIM or MSN messenger and email? It worked for me. Nothing is cheaper than free.

Why not just download skype onto your laptop, and pay for a USA phone number, which is about $38.00 (US) and then they can call you for free as long as you are on the internet....that is the cheapest way for anyone to go. If you need any help with this just PM me
