Thread: Bachelor's degree

I am attending wayne state university. I have been accepted to st. george's university for august 2006. However, i have not yet gotten my bachelor's degree from wayne. I am taking spring/summer classes here and I am supposed to get my diploma on august 26th. SGU classes start on the 21 from what i heard. do i have to have my diploma on the 21 or before to sign up for classes. this is a big problem because i could lose my seat in the class. is there anything i can do to get the diploma some other way like transfer all my credits to another university or online university and get my diploma by graduating from that college and get my diploma before the 21. Please help. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

for sgu you dont need your degree, they wont ask for it, if you have been accepted already, then you have no problem. I believe you need a minimum of 90 credits of college work

i believe sgu,, you do need a bachelor's degree. call sgu bayshore to confirm

I know on my recent application, they sent me a letter saying they would need a degree bearing transcript. It also said that this would not delay the processing of my application...but I got the feeling that it was necessary before registration maybe??
