Typical Week in a first termer's schedule

Can someone please give me a quick rundown as to a typical first termer's week? Is class all day, 5 days a week, or do you typically have a day off? I'm particulary concerned with Friday's since I will be heading back home to New York in late November for a Saturday wedding. I'm going to attempt to get a flight back to NY on a Friday and return on a Sunday, so as to not miss any class time. Thanks.

1st term is the only one where you have afternoon lectures, but you wil have afternoon labs for the rest of the terms (well except 3rd term-2 or 3 small groups, but that's all)

lectures are everyday but not all classes have lectures each day.
typical is biochem and histon on m,w,f
and anatomy and embryo on tues, thursday
histo labs are on wed or thursday depending on ur last name
anatomy lab is either tuesday or friday depending on ur last name
then there are biochem small groups, clinical skills group, and anatomy dry lab and living anatomy.

run a search

I dont think you can really say we had a schedule in st vincent. Everyday you could expect one of the following:

A) a class to be cancelled
B) The professor not showing up
C) A "mandatory" osha/hippa/teams session being announced for 2morrow
D) Faculty realises that the aforementioned class that was cancelled was rescheduled for tomorrow night. Mandatory event (C) is now the day after tomorrow
E) All of the above
F) All of the above + all the fun of hospital visits (they have a person there whose job it is to make schedule changes for days you dont want go or when your Dr decides to take the day off, usually a fairly long line there between classes)
