There is a room available at Bayfront apartments, one of the four rooms as part of the second floor, it is available from jan to july, rent is 950 US per month...these are the apartments right outside the gate. Message me for more info.

what's it include??

It includes everything but A/C...huge room, queen size bed, a shared kitchen which includes stove, oven, microwave, huge kitchen space...there are 3 other roommates, who are currently fourth termers, but they will be finishing in April...but for now one room is available from Jan onwards.

Two bathrooms, two people share one bathroom. If you want more info or to even come see it, just message me and we can arrange something.

can you tell me how much electricity and water usually is? I've heard bad reviews of the landlord. any comments on that?

Electricity is depending on how much you use the AC, typically we've paid about 50-60 dollars US per month...water is fine and included in the rent? We've nearly always had running hot and cold water except for the two days that they were doing construction to add new pipes. The landlord has been fine with me so I can't comment on that
