Thread: Female Roommate Needed

I am looking for a female roommate for this fall. The lease is a 6 month lease starting July 1-Dec 31 (option to extend available). I will be a 5/6th term med student. The apartment is across the street from Mocha Jumby. It take ~10 min to walk to the upper campus. The apartment is 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom. The bedrooms have own A/C unit, 2 closets, 4 drawers, built in desk, and full size bed. The bathroom has it's own water heater for the shower (the sink does not have hot water hooked up to it). Huge kitchen & living area. The price is $750/month ($375 for july if you do not live there) & $750 deposit. The apartment stays cool most of the time. I would prefer someone who didn't need to run the A/C all the time. Utilities usually run $250-$400EC per month split between us (depends on how much the A/C is run). Cable TV is 55EC/per month each & internet is $92 EC/per month each. Internet is 1.5MB DSL and wired & wireless. I also have a vonage phone and if you want to split that it is $15US/month each (Albuquerque phone number). Washing is 40EC/month each and cleaning is $75 EC split between us. There is no hot water hooked up in the kitchen either. If you are going to be here for 3rd term med & need in before July 1, that is fine. I'm here until June 29th. The landlord does not allow pets.
