Roommate Needed Right Away!

To share a 2 bedroom/2 Bath House in Lanse Aux Epines with a 5th term Med student and his dog!

This is a 2 bedroom , fully furnished house with a large open living room. It has a walled-in yard right on prickly bay with a private dock in the backyard. AC in the bedrooms, gated car park, gazebo, full kitchen, bars and screens on all windows, very secure. The school bus stops at the house directly across the street, and the walk to calabash beach and prickly bay marina is 2 min.

Rent is $750, power and water extra, but VERY low. Cable and internet provided.

→ Room is available right away, and I can help you move in. Pets both welcome and encouraged! My dog needs a playmate, and gets along great with other dogs!
→ I can come pick you up anytime (classes permitting) you would like to see the place.

I used to live in that house, with that same roommate, on Prickly Bay.
Finished in GND, but have fond memories of it.
I can vouch for it being beautiful and a great experience.
My golden loved it and still misses his dog terribly.
The landlady is wonderful, bills are cheap, and the dock is fabulous.

Ready for move in August 18.
It is at the Bouganvillea apartments near Grand Anse, with everything you need at walking distance (including beach!, food fair, mall, banks). Best of all the free shuttle to school stops right outside the apartments to pick you up and drop you off.
The apartments are gated and have security at night.
The rent is $900 excluding electric, internet and phone. Water and gas are included in rent, as is twice a week maid service. There are coin-op washer and dryer on the premises so you don't have to lug your stuff to campus.
