Apartment for Rent in Lower Manhattan after 4/20

This is a 1-bedroom apartment in lower Manhattan which will be available after April 20th. It is located on top floor of a luxury building in the Financial District that is just 2 years old. The building is located at 56 Pine Street.

Specifics of the apartment:
The apartment is a one bedroom, one bath apartment. There are two closets, a kitchen, and a broom closet. Currently, it is occupied by two students (one med student and one law student). The living room has been converted to a bedroom. The arrangement can work very well for two people. However, it’s perfect for one person also. The bathroom is very spacious for Manhattan.

About the building:
The building is a luxury building with great amenities! There is 24-hour doorman/security. The 2nd floor has a gym, meeting/conference room, pool table, lounge area, and media room with a large flat screen TV and DVD player which are all available for tenants use.

Location:
It is located in the Financial District in Lower Manhattan. You have easy access to many NYC subway lines (2,3 Wall St.; 4,5 Wall St; J,M,Z Broad St.; A, C Broadway/Nassau; E World Trade Center; R – Rector St). The area is very busy during the day, but quiets down during the evening hours and the weekends, which makes it a nice area to live in. It is in walking distance to South Street Seaport, WTC/Ground Zero, Brooklyn Bridge, Battery Park, China Town. The Staten Island Ferry Terminal is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment building.

If you were to live here, you’d be in the city with easy access to go anywhere! 7 minutes to Union Square by train; 12-15 minutes to Times Square by train. 11 minutes to 34th Street/Penn Station for easy access to AMTRAK, LIRR, NJ Transit. If you need the PATH Train, you are a 5 minute walk to the WTC Path Train Station.

Specifics:
If you’re interested in learning more about the apartment, area, rent, building fees, and/or to schedule a viewing, please email Ms. Poorvi Desai at pdesai17@gmail.com. If you have any questions about the area or the apartment for the current tenant, please email desaird6@yahoo.com.

For Students:
It is a great building for any type of student studying in NYC. It is very close to Pace University and Brooklyn Law School. For MED STUDENTS, it is a very close subway commute to Brooklyn Hospital and LICH. There is very easy access to other subway lines to take you to other hospitals in Brooklyn.
