If you were offered a spot in Aug, and you deferred your acceptance, doesn't that automatically shift you to Jan ? Or would you have to reapply ?

Congratulations. You must be very proud. I'm not sure if SGU makes an official page for every term. Probably, some of the students create one themselves. I did create a page though. You are welcome to join in. If, however, an official page pops up somewhere, i think i'll delete the one i made ! Welcome aboard !

the school itself doesn't create official fb pages, it's usually up to a few of the incoming students. A number of groups usually show up and often they get condensed into one. Just make sure to post the link or name of the group so it's easy to find for the new students.

SGU doesn't have deferral option, according to my counselor. So I just have to let my counselor know that I want to apply to Jan10 so that she will send my file to the admission committee for review again.
I hope to join you guys in Jan by the beach.

I was wondering what is "conditional acceptance". Do we know right away after filling out the application without an MCAT score. Because I will be taking the MCATS on 9/12 so I was wondering if can still make it for the Jan 2010 class. Thanks!!

Hello, when I received my acceptance email I was given a choice to remain on the waitlist for August or Matriculate in Jan 2009. I am choosing to just start in Jan because the waitlist is pretty long right now.
