Apt available (for female) next to school!!
Hey everyone,
Just wondering if there is anyone interested in an Apartment that is literally just a few houses away from the classes (located in Princess Gardens). Here's the stats....

Location: Princess Gardens

Set-Up: 2-Bedroom apartment (the other room is occupied by a current female student. Large Kitchen and Common Room space. Shared bathroom.

Description: Tiled Floor, including washermachine on the balcony, can see the ocean from balcony (amazing sunsets), great neighbors, Full-sized bed.

Included: Water, Wireless internet, Cable TV, Housecleaning 1/mon, A/C
Not Included: Electricity
Rent: $400/month
