Sounds like the people who are in st. chris doing clinicals, ect are screwed now. Take a look at what they are sending out to people.
Dear Student & Alumni of St. Christopher's School of Medicine,
At present, there is no official institutional affiliation between St. Christopher's School of Medicine and University of the Cumberlands. From 2000 to 2002, I served as Chancellor of St. Christopher's School of Medicine when it was located in Cambridge. Currently, I am Program Director for the Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at University of the Cumberlands. Thus, I am the “link” between St. Christopher's School of Medicine and University of the Cumberlands.
It occurred to me that students or graduates of St. Christopher's School of Medicine might possibly be interested in becoming Medical Psychologists instead of sitting the USMLE and completing graduate medical training programs in the USA.
The Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at University of the Cumberlands is a 3-year program. However, only 1 year of classroom instruction is required. Clinical classroom instruction is located in Cincinnati. The remainder of the Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology degree program is offered online; the doctoral dissertation and single 300-hour clinical clerkship are done off-campus.
U.S. financial aid is available throughout the 3-year Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology degree program. This provides a mechanism whereby a medical student at St. Christopher's School of Medicine concurrently enrolled in a Ph.D. program can access U.S. financial aid.
As Program Director for the Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at University of the Cumberlands, I am the appropriate contact person for admissions and questions regarding professional licensing.
I would be pleased to admit students and graduates of St. Christopher's School of Medicine into the Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology degree program at University of the Cumberlands.
Regards,
Peter #$#@
