My suggestion to all incoming students for Jan 2004 and onwards:
* First off, the school is making tons of promises. New computers, new facilities, new buildings, new everything. My suggestion is that you WAIT a semester and see what actually is done and fulfilled. Otherwise you're gonna join the sea of disappointment. * Don't accept a runaround on questions asked to the administration. If they don't give you clear answer, then they're lying most probably. * Unless you have time to kill in life, and money to blow, be careful on taking a chance with St. Christophers. I'm not gonna outright say it's a bad choice, but it's a risky one. Like I said there is a lot of potential, but that's all in the future. It's a very very young project, just recently off bankruptcy, which entails an unclear future. * Don't take just one persons word for something online. If you think I'm lying, ask me for actual proof and I'll provide it. I choose not to give my sources out here in the public because moderators here have a twisted way of working their way around it. Either that or simply ignoring it as it has been done recently. I don't take claim of ppl whom I "know" that heard from this person and that. Everything I'll provide evidence wise is first person. Hear both sides to the story .. there are some lies against the school on here, but also many lies in favour of the school. * There is a really big RAT in the first semester class. I won't say his name, but he sold out the anatomy professor to the admin. He is the "source" by which many of the moderators are getting their information. He pretends to confide in the professors, then sells them out to higher authority. Point being, for a "non-competitive" environment, people sure are covering their own a**es quite well. * Whether you realize it or not, you coming in as a new student DOES affect current students at St. Chris. If students stop coming in, the school loses money, and if the number gets low enough, it's becomes a major problem. You're certainly not going to be able to make an informed decision simply by hearing the praises of the school by moderators on this site. Do your research well! I have never heard a negative thing said about the school on here. Either because until lately I never came on here, or I just don't follow it closely enough. If students stop coming in, the school loses money, and if enough money is not made, the school closes. I'm not saying it's happening, going to happen, or whatnot. Some people have been making weird claims that it is closing right now and whatnot, and for now that's not true. But again, as with any BUSINESS, which is what St. Chris is, if it loses enough money, it goes under. And how will it lose enough money? If it doesn't accept enough students. (Do tell me if you know anyone that didn't get in to St. Chris) So once again, if enough of you decide not to come, some of our buddies in clinicals might get a phone call telling em to transfer out cuz St. Chris fell thru. |

man you are funny
agenda at work I see. Keep it up. By the time you get to 3rd semester you can focus in on Behavioral (unless you are taking it now) and can learn a bit about paranoia.
hate to tell you this, but the vast majority of students that came in this semester didn't even know about this board. They came due to friends in clinicals or previous students. Perhaps you should go somewhere you can be comfortable and happy. You deserve at least that. Its not too late to transfer if that is what will make you happy. Good luck Alche. |

What Agenda...
I see no agenda here. As I have stated in posts past, you are always gonna have disappointed students when you run an institution under an "umbrella of deception". Are you gonna say that every person that comes on here has an agenda? Are you gonna invite every student to transfer? That doesn't fix the PROBLEMS that exist at SC. And it doesn't help all the students who have invested in SC.
Try another approach. The one called "telling the truth, and dealing with the isssues in a professional, timely manner". Because simply put, everyone does not have an AGENDA, and everyone is not lying!!! Any retard should be able to see this. And any retard should be able to see the problems that continue to persist with this school. Btw, a lot of students, current and potential, read this forum. The gloss on this forum is what got me here. And people deserve to know the second side, and perhaps even the third, to the story. TRUTH 8) |

CONTACT ME
Ok this is getting absurd! I have 2 little girls, and a wife and I would NOT risk my future career on a shady school. I transfered here and have been here for a year. There have been huge improvements in this time. I'm quite frankly sick of some of these people posting their opinions, as if they are facts. A lot of these people have only been here for one semester and have no idea of what is going on. Anyway, please email me if you want real answers. I am busy with finals, so be patient if I don't get right back to you. Just as a side note, have you ever looked at these forums closely? The topics with fact and correct info have only a few replies, yet when someone posts some juicy rumor it goes wild. We are all attracted to drama. Would Be an interesting study in human behaivor for sure. Please contact me, and try not to put too much stock in all these stories. There is always two sides to every story and the one screaming the loudest is not always the one that is right. Think about it and like I said email me. jcdmd73@yahoo.com Also noticed bts posted his phone number, give him a call. A lot can be discerned from talking one-on-one.

fact
If you're so sick of it, then don't read it. This is a forum equal for all right? If a lot of people are posting loads of garbage to pursuade and manipulate others for and against the school, then I have every right to say what I want. That is until the school considers me a threat and bans my IP. Oh and ........ just because you've been here one year doesn't mean you know everything of what's been going on lately. Facts are facts. Age and wisdom has nothing to do with it.

Plasma...
I won't waste my time arguing with you on this forum, I have MUCH BETTER THINGS TO DO WITH MY TIME. And seeing hows you are almost twice my age, I would think you would be spending a lot more of your time working really hard so that you can actually see the likes of becoming an M.D. in this lifetime!! (Ya clock is ticking BIGGIRL!!
Having Said that, I do believe people like you and some others on here who have an opinion which differs from my own, do SC a terrible disservice when they come on here and make snide, rude comments towards those who are simply expressing their views. It is very unprofessional and just shows the quality of people which makes up some of the student body here at this school. What are you on-like your second medical school? You would think you would not have time to be on this forum at all. Instead of coming on this forum and trying to "diss" anyone who has an dissenting opinion, why don't you trying reading your books and freeing yourself of constant failure and multiple repeats. Good Luck Girl!!! Truth. |

RE
I dont know who you think your talking to. No I have not been to any other med school. I am in university at present and I have passed all of my courses the first time. If i am twice your age ummmmmmmmmm that would make you 13. the only failure i see is feble attempt to hide that you cant really handle med school and you are trying to take the focus off your self by being a pain. If you can distract someone from the real problem no one will notice that you cant hack it. My brother-in-law is at sc now i will be there in May when I finish my **.
Opinions are like buttH**** every one has one and thinks that every one elses stinks. btw why arent you in the books it seems to me that you spend way to much time here. |

hmmm
hey , i heard that there's a girl that failed medschool 3 times and is now there, is that true?????
Also i heard that there's a guy tattood up like rodman over there right now....not that there's anything wrong with tattoo's.... |
