I just recieved an email by someone who did not want to have to get hotel for the first day or so that they arrive in Luton, until it is settled where they will be. I totally understand this and I would like to help everyone find a solution. The first thing I would like to say though is that this is the first time that studnts are being allocated Apartments instead of dorms, so please be patient as the admin gets used to this procedure, there is always a learning curve when starting something new like this.

Ok, as for a solution. Please call Joe(female) in Luton at 011 44 1582 400466 (dial exactley like that) and try to correlate your arrival date with your apartment allocation. If you will be coming on the weekend, you might need to get a hotel until monday, I am sorry for that. The comment about don't bring your bags to school and expect a place right then was meant, I believe, for orientation day. The admin needs to know who is FOR SURE coming and WHEN they will be here. I think that by doing this you will expedite you move in and ease your transition.
