I heard from 2 very reliable sources that the attendance policy will be enforced this semester. If you miss more than 20% of your classes, YOU FAIL!

Yea they say that every semester. Letters should be out by Early this coming week. Try to make class. (if only they did that in 6yr)

We'll see. I'd take a front row seat to see the mass panic.

If highly doubt they will really start enforcing it, they are too afraid of a riot to do that.

The last time they tried that, about 6 semesters ago, I thought the phone system would give out due to the sheer volume of calls by the parents of students wishing to tell Mr. B and Dr. L off.

What letters?

The warning letters for the Students not attending enough for 80%. NY requires 80% Attendence so if letters are not sent out then it will cause a problem with states like NY.

why does NY want 80% min attend? There is no role-call in American/Cdn med schools.
