To September 2003 and January 2004 Terms Students

I am coming to St. Christopher's with a mission. I want to pass the USMLEs and not only that, I want to see all of us from the Sept 2003 and Jan 2004 terms pass it as well (if not then at least all of us from the Sept 2003 term). I think our two terms will be going up for the Residency Match in 2007 so that's why I am asking for these 2 terms to go in with a hard working and determined attitude. I don't care what we have to do: make study groups, study for looong hours, make sacrafices, etc., but ALL of us have to pass! St. Chris already has a high pass rate, but I want to brag that St. Chris had 2 consecutive terms of 100% pass rates. I don't know about you guys, but I love seeing myself succeed and at the same time love it when others around me succeed. Let's FOCUS on the ULTIMATE GOAL!! This post is meant for inspiration and not bossing anyone around. Hopefully, you take me seriously because I am speaking about your benefit. See you all at St. Chris

Also, during the semester, if you see anyone who is struggling, offer them help if you can or refer them to someone. We're all family here now and good friends. Isn't helping others is what being a doctor is allllll about? Sorry for sounding corny and cheesy.......... haha 8)

Actually, I was doing this.
I was tutoring like 2-3 people.

It took up my free time too.

IDream,

You don't sound cheesy, you sound like someone who is very motivated and hard-pressed on succeeding. I can always appreciate students who have just as great a desire to succeed as I. I'll see you in September.[/b]

study group

I agree with you idreamofmedicine
I am all up for a study group if anyone wants to form one when we get there. This is an awful lot of work to get through and it will only help all of us to have others to study with
So count me in for any study groups etc if anyone wants to form one
Dave

I just purchased

3 medical CD's for school to assistm me and other visual learners in getting thru anatomy and other stuff (genetics).

I am always into group study work. I like to chat stuff up and learn from others and find out what I do not know.

Live and let live

You people are great, the success of a person is not a measure of intelligence (“though it may be required”) it is a measure of hard work, fellowship, dedication, and perseverance.

Just another little saying GOOD LUCK, STAY STRONG WILLED
