My fiance was a student of St. Chris and transferred to Ross to complete his clinicals when the controversy began at St. Chris. Since then he has requested his transcripts of his basic sciences twice. He sent a check for $25 dollars which they claimed they never received. So the second time he sent a certified money order which requires a signature from the school.

According to the tracking number it has been signed for two weeks ago and still no transcipts. He has emailed two people everyday as well as leaving messages that are never returned. (sometimes the answering machine doesn't even pick up) He needs these transcipts if he is to take the second half of his Step 2 as well as match for residency. I am wondering if we need to seek legal counsel at this point just to get the transcripts he is owed?

Does anyone know a number he can call and actually reach a live person who can handle this? Please email me any information and numbers please ASAP. I appreciate it!
