The school is using other ways to hold on to students. I hear they are no longer allowed to recheck exam grades, whatever the current dean says goes, if he fails you, too bad lol. I am sure there is tons of other stuff going on too. Just trust! Don't go to this school until you have CLEAR EVIDENCE that they are getting their act together but I don't think that it is going to happen.
